Tom, this is Magic (5.5 SR2), but perhaps you can adapt it as necessary. It will list a patient's appointments within a single resource group (for example, OR or PT or RAD, etc.), by date range. Note that it won't work for listing no-show appointments in the past. Other than that, perhaps this will get you started. Good luck!
