In LAB
customer defined parameters, page 1, there is a setting at the bottom that
tells you how long you want the delay for labels to print. We have ours
blank, and in ER our labels print in less than a minute, which seems like
forever when waiting for a STAT to print, but it is the best the system can do. Thanks, Vonda

was wondering if anyone had dealt with long print times for lab labels?
Ours are taking at least two minutes to print from the Lab module and from
OE. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas for what we could do to
shorten this time and make it more efficient? We will start testing Lab
and CPOE soon and I would like to deal with the slowness issues we have now,
and then deal with CPOE and Lab labels! Thanks!
