One of the issues we have run into is getting departments to give up there multi-part forms. We would like to convert the multi-part forms to NCR paper, but we are getting a lot of resistance. Having to line up the NCR paper after it comes off of the printer has been a complaint and the worry that the text written on the first page of the NCR paper filters through to the right lines on the 2nd or 3rd page. I would love to get some feedback from any facility who has implemented Form Fast and what your process is for multi-part forms and are you using NCR paper. Give me the good, the bad and the ugly.
