we are in the process of looking for new hematology instruments, and are seriously considring going from a lh750 to the sysmex xe 2100. has any one done this , and do you regret it or or are you satisfied with the change. my problem is that we have a stat lab, and there will be a lh 500 going in it, but we have a problem with basophil flags and im 2, with none being seen on smear review. help
