We are looking to improve our system auditing at our facility. We are a Meditech Magic site and we also have GE QS for L&D, Picis/MSM for OR, AICE for Infection Control, an AMICAS PACS, Dictaphone for Transcription, Stix for Employee and Occupational Health. What tools does your facility use for HIPAA auditing? At what level of detail do you track e.g. accessing a system or accessing the system and what they did while in the system? Do you have to use multiple auditing systems to audit the various applications at your site?
