We have it installed on all three workstations in Blood Bank, on the C: drives. Users access it via an icon on the toolbar. It's on the C: drives so it is available if the network is down. (At least that's our hope-we have not had it happen.) It is seldom used, but recently we needed it and it was sure nice to have. We periodically test is just like our HL-7 interfaces.
