Help! We have been unable to ping/communicate with newer HP 4250n across VLAN subnets, HP 4520n will work fine on LAN but across VLAN we can't get a communication connection. We have an older HP4250n that does work on VLAN but can't get the newest ones to work. We have been working with HP jet direct support services with out success.
