Enloe uses MT's DR. I spoke to our specialist and he says that there can be significant maintanence with record updates. I tried to get him to compare with other vendors. Basically he said that any vendor would have issues mapping MT to SQL. We just got Crystal Reports before MUSE and suspect that we would use that to write any reports out of the DR. We currently are only populating the database, not extracting. We saw a presentation a couple of years ago by IHM. We were impressed, but Nursing Admin was not ready to go there, we had just gone live and we were still in our acute post-live issues phase. Our QM folks are now in the market, I'd love to hear if anyone else uses them. Diane Wooldridge RN
