We are wondering if anyone knows of a way ( either rule or attribute) when placing an order for a lab test to default in a specific med based on the test ordered. Specifically, when entering an order for PT, PTT or INR, is there a way for the system to automatically default an anticoagulant from pharmacy if it has been given? And the same question for entering an order for a culture and the system defaulting the antibiotic if the patient has received one. Thank you in advance for your thoughts on this.
