We use Formfast and we really like it. I think that they are my favorite vendor because of their support. When I can on board Formfast was already implemented and I was trying to do some new things with it - but I didn't really know how it worked. They spent countless hours on the phone helping me learn the system - always with great patience and humor. Also - it is very versatile and can be used with any software.
