Hello All, I was wondering if anyone has a great method of documenting vaccinations given in the hospital setting. Are you documenting on paper, emar, printed mar or somewhere else. I am especially curious about those sites that have physician practices that are owned by your facility. We are currently looking for a better way to document across the care continuum.
