Do your rehab disciplines use the same basic assessment, treatment and progress screens regardless of the patient's locale (acute vs. acute rehab vs. skilled). If yes, are FIMS and MDS scales incorporated into the documentation or is there a separate process, be it manual or automated, for converting non-numeric data?
