We have a unique situation here and we need help setting it up. We know that if a specific med always requires a co-signer , we can set that up in Pharmacy at the drug level. We know that if a user is in a specific care provider access group in PCS we can control if they need co-signer. We have nurses who work on Maternity and they also work in NICU nursery. When the nurses are in the NICU , and they give medications, they must have a cosigner for any meds that are given. When they work out on Maternity , they do not need the cosigners for every med.
