I would love to hear some feedback from other facilities on how you are tracking and capturing critical indicators in Nursing. Are you recording the receipt of a critical indicator for Lab? If nursing records that they have received the critical indicator, is the nurse also documenting that the patients doctor was contacted and the information was communicated to him?
