We are installing EDM and are in the process of setting up our process for entering allergies and home meds/prescription history. We just loaded the First Data Bank formulary and would like to talk with anyone in the same boat. We are a Magic 5.5.3. Does anyone out there have their nurses enter the allergies/home meds during triage? What issues did you face while implementing this part of EDM?
