we do the same with Fuji as well. Meditech calls a web address for an
image from EMR on a specific image.

We do the same with Fuji's Synapse PACS. Works like a charm, as
long as the Synapse program files (small, simple, and web-based
deployable) are set up ahead of time.

Jeannie,
There is a HL7 interface inbound to Meditech know as a Status
interface. This interface creates the PCI links to the PACS images.
The Meditech needs to set up an internal program that will call up the
images in a Web browser when user select one of the links created by the
Status interface. We have Amicas PACS and Meditech Magic.

Does anyone know if there is a way to link directly to PACS from
PCI?
