Try going into OPS and changing the E/E termserver/pc/remote host for those PCs and change the prompt negotiate remote read from Yes to No. It can cause slow response times for users off site.

There seems to be no difference between different internet providers. It tends to happen more during the day, but can also occur in evening or on weekends. Has any other site experienced this?
