This is the kind of thing I think could benefit enormously from being
written & revised in the MeeGo wiki. It's of vital importance to all
contributors, and yet only a privileged few will see anything but a
finished product/fait accompli.

In fact, I think that the community as a whole would benefit from being
exposed to (and forced to take into consideration) the legal, technical,
marketing & resourcing aspects of compliance, since I'm sure that these
are not things most people think about at all :)

Ibrahim, is it possible for you to publish whatever draft you have now,
even if it's protected for writing, and integrate any comments &
feeedback into the page as you get them? Or, perhaps, prepare a draft
for review by legal here, based on what you have now, to avoid excessive
to-and-froing?
