http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/releases/1.0/, and you can also yumdownload 
--source pkg-name to download specific source into your current meego system.

If you want to compile code for running under meego, you can compile code for 
meego by meego SDK in your devel box, or compile it from netbook with meego 
installed with development tools directly.
If you are meaning running compiled (downloaded) meego in non-atom box by vm, 
say you mentioned core duo, most cases, it should.
You can find some development related doc from meego.org.
