Policy framework packages (ohm, ohm-plugins-misc, ...) are being worked
on but at the moment they don't work in MeeGo. There's all sorts of
problems:
* The version of ohm-plugins-misc in OBS for instance uses HAL for
hardware event notifications.
* CGROUPS kernel feature is used and that is missing at least on some
architectures.
* The actual policy rules are missing
When new software versions are released we'll update the packages and
add package for policy rules but for now policy framework doesn't work.
