Personal opinion is that the confusion is already going on, try browsing through: http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=smeegol+meego&btnG=Search+Blogs or meego smeegol on Google.. I think that pretty much shows there exists an actual confusion.
