do you have the client code somewhere so I could take a look? I mean, you are not passing any params (like where to call), so it's not really doing anything. I mean for a basic call, connection.Requests.CreateChannel() with ChannelType=StreamedMedia, phone number in TargetID, TargetHandleType=Contact and InitialAudio=true. Make also sure that ofono is enabled and online (tp-ring won't do this).
