I am trying to run the weekly MeeGo-IVI build
meego-ivi-ia32-1.1.99.5.20110503.6/ on a Crownbay board (Sturgeon Bay +
Millville). I see MeeGo boot; but X is not coming up; all I see is a very short
screen flicker. Xorg is alive, I can do ssh, and also run X commands via
network. But I cannot access the LVDS screen. dmesg reports "messageserver/477:
potentially unexpected fatal signal 6."

dmesg output is attached

[root@localhost ~]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.37.6-8.2-adaptation-intel-automotive #1 SMP
PREEMPT Fri Apr 29 10:05:38 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@localhost ~]#

Trying the same with meego-ivi-ia32-conx-1.2.80.0.20110503.2 shows the same
behavior (plus several expected errors due to missing STM hardware which should
not have any impact).

Any ideas, any déjà vu?

Thanks,
Fritz
