Following patches are for resubmission to MeeGo. These 3 patches are for
charging support.
USB OTG driver will do charger detection, charging current negotiation, and
report the result to battery driver.
Support USB charger via OTG port.

0003 usb: langwell_udc: add HighSpeed/FullSpeed events notification to
transceiver
