linux-2.6.35-keycodes-fixup.patch touches arch/x86/kernel/mrst.c. I
inserted mine after that to avoid breaking that patch.

Maybe I just need to understand the accepted practice here.
keycodes-fixup.patch
won't apply cleanly if mine precedes it. What's the recommended way to
prepare a patch set, and insert it in the right series file section, in
such a case?

My patches 1 through 4 apply on top of the commit from the 2.6.37 tree that I
pointed to in my original posting:

http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commit;h=92b1f84d46b24675493d95a239eea2b07e5f13f8

The upstream commit adds the files; my additional patches adapt for 2.6.35,
Medfield, etc. I guess this could have been clearer in my original post.
