Hi, I've got a remark concerning init script, from Meego initrd. For the moment, we are only able to boot from partition 1, on plugged or non removable device. In our case, we have different partitions, and by default the root file system is not always the first one. We have two different ideas to solve this issue : First, a early param can be added into cmdline, in order to define a preferred partition. Another solution can be to use label on file system. Both solutions implies to modify init script of initrd.
What do you think about this solutions ? Is there a better one ?
