The commit id exists on
http://meego.gitorious.org/meego-os-base/kernel-source.git

It seems that the kernel will include some back-ported patches for MMC
after the above commit id is pushed. (For example:
linux-2.6.37-rc1-mmc-backport.patch,linux-2.6.36-mrst-mmc-errata.patch)

Not sure whether the commit ID is referred to correctly. (Sorry that I
am not familiar with commit log related with the meego kernel).

The patch is based on the kernel source pulled from the
git://gitorious.org/meego-os-base/kernel-source.git

This patch is not related with the upstream. It only fixes the issue
caused by the back-ported patches about MRST MMC.
