talk to your hardware support team, the team that supports OSes/etc
for their hardware....
In this case, the Intel team that is supporting your design.
Your Intel rep is a very good first contact for that.

I suspect that your question isn't really in the real of MeeGo any
more, but in the realm of hardware support.....
you'll be better off asking your Intel rep this question so that
they can get the Intel folks that are supporting your design on
the hook
to do a detailed investigation (with a logic analyzer etc etc etc).
