[Meego-kernel] reminder about patches for MeeGo 1.2 kernels

Just a friendly reminder to everyone who wants to get patches into any 
of the MeeGo 1.2 kernels (now that we're after release):

* Any and all patches should be submitted to this mailing list. Not to 
me in private email.
* Any and all patches should mention the bug number in the submission.
