[Meego-kernel] adding SMACK support to MeeGo kernel

I would like to suggest enabling SMACK in the kernel-adaptation-pc kernel. This will only require a few config changes and have no impact on running systems until user tools are installed and configured. 

The patch has been submitted for approval.

SMACK is a key component in security moving forward, so I think it would be best to enable it by default in as many kernels as possible to lower the bar for people wanting to test custom profiles.
