Thanks for noticing this! It is always OK to improve a wiki page :) In
this case, a full section for a 2 line "If you're using a proxy for your
internet connection, do this..." patch would be excessive, and it is
best to avoid "Troubleshooting" sections by including the text where
someone would encounter the problem ("Troubleshooting" sections should,
IMHO, be reserved for situations where something is wrong in the
configuration of the host, rather than things which someone might
normally have to do to install things).
