Hi All,
I am developing a messaging application based on QMF, but I found
the message server of QMF can not work, I hope the QMF dev team or someone
who has QMF dev experience can provide some help.
The version of QMF in sdk1.2-preview is 1.0.7~2011W2, I created a new
mail account in my app, then triggered a folder list retrieval action
immediately after that, but the message server reported an error for this
action: "Unable to retrieve folder list for unconfigured account",from the
souce code I can see that message server can not find the source service for
this account. But the truth is that I have configured source service (imap4)
and sink service (smtp) for that account.
Then I installed another version of QMF(
http://download.meego.com/live/devel:/qt-mtf/testing/i586/), the version is
1.0.7~2011W11, I installed all the QMF rpms, this time the message server
can process the client's requests now, but the server almost can not do
anything, no matter what actions the messaging client sent to it, the server
just updated the status of the action as "In progress", then there were no
updates any more. there are some other bugs in this version, for example,
QMailStore::removeAccount() API can not work, we can not delete any mail
account, and so on.
Can anyone tell me where I can get a workable/stable QMF? Any help is
highly appreciated!
