Hi All, I am having a problem installing Meep on Cygwin. I have compiled and installed BLAS, LAPACK, libctl, harminv, and HDF5.
When I execute ./configure for Meep, I get the following output: . . checking for H5Pcreate in -lhdf5... no configure: WARNING: Couldn't find the HDF5 library!! Switching to --without-hdf5. . . The hdf5 output functionality is necessary for me. I have tried changing the installing directory of HDF5 in /hdf5, /usr/local, and /. (root). However, it did not work. Any ideas to overcome this problem?
