I did ./configure --without-libctl and it worked! but when I tried to compile the first example program it gives the following errors... /usr/local/lib/libhdf5.so: undefined reference to `pthread_equal' /usr/local/lib/libhdf5.so: undefined reference to `pthread_setcancelstate' Appreciate your help:) PS Could someone tell me how MEEP compares to XFDTD?... thx:) |
