Specifying (mu-diag a b c) and/or (mu-offdiag u v w) corresponds to a
relative permeability tensor
(a u v)
mu=(u b w)
(v w c)
we know that u alway is an imaginary value and the two "u" are with different
sign, one is negative, the other is positive. Moreover, when the external
magnetic field points to different direction, mu tensor has different form. So
my question is how to set these parameters?
