Now I'm not using the Python Interface for doing the calculations with meep, however if there is'n another way (e.g. in the ctl file with the facilities of scheme language) I will study the possibility to use python interface you have write about. I suppose, there is a possibility to set many point sources in the meep's sctl file with the using scheme loops. However maybe there are other ways to set the spatial distribution of initial source of electromagnetic waves. Best wishes, Sasha.
