Dear All I have encountered a few problems and I was wondering if you could help.
1) I have run the tutorial example for a simple straight waveguide, I have generated the files test1-eps-000000.00.h5 and test1-ez-000200.00.h5 However, when I try to view them using h5topng -S3 test1-eps-000000.00.h5 I get Could not find colormap "gray" 2) Similarly in `) h5topng -S3 -Zc dkbluered -a yarg -A test1-eps-000000.00.h5 test1-ez-000200.00.h5 Could not find colormap "dkbluered" I'm running on Ubuntu 9.04. Could anyone please help me get started. Kindest regards Hideaki
