http://refractiveindex.info/?group=CRYSTALS&material=GaN They have a lot of materials. Unfortunately they don't seem to have a table (and k) for this particular material, but I suspect if you follow the references you will find something. Make sure to post your polarizabilities on the mailing list once you have a working fit. I'm sure it will help someone in the future. Good luck!
