Hi, Prof. Steven and meep users: I have one question when using meep: is it true that when data output in to hdf5 files they are stored in (i+1/2,j+1/2,k+1/2), the center of the small cubes in 3D? for exampe, the epsilon, Ex, Ey, and also the energy and flux? If so, a device is symmetrical in x,y,z directions centered at the origin, the matrix dimensions of data in the h5 files should be 2n_x*2n_y*2n_z (even)?
