Dear meep users I need a plain wave source (wavelength from 600 nm to 1300 nm) for excitation of metallic nanoparticles. Can I approximate a gaussian pulse tuning between 450 nm and 4760 nm wavelengths ( center at 830 nm) as a plain wave in the wavelength range of 600nm-1300nm. If not, please suggest me how to set plain wave in the interested wavelength range.
