I have meep-mpi installed on a supercomputer, with the prerequisites also installed.
I use the meep-mpi command, should I expect it to automatically parallelise my .ctl file? For some reason it isn’t doing this. I’ve tried using 32 cores, then to 64 cores at 4GB RAM each, but there’s no discernible difference. Just one core on 40GB RAM performs a lot better and progresses further, so it seems as though it’s only running MEEP on one core.
