There's no specific modules that need porting; we've just got some unix-y assumptions here and there. The best thing you can do is test and give feedback on the existing patches, and report any additional bugs you find. The two bugs that I'm aware of that relate to Windows support are: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=578985 (ignore everything other than the last two patches), and: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615661 Honestly, the biggest thing standing in the way of better Windows support is me getting around to setting up a Windows dev environment so that I can actually test the patches.
