That would be awesome.

While I don't spend much time on Windows development, if we could get
an automated (or even semi-automated) build process set up for
Windows, I'd definitely look at putting up installers on the main
site.

While it wouldn't solve problems about the external environment (i.e.,
cygwin, msys, having VC-of-your-choice installed and usable), it would
still make life a *lot* easier for our Windows users.
