I've release new binaries in the usual place:
https://code.google.com/p/meld-installer/downloads/list.  The only change
as far as the installer goes is to remove the appdata from both the old and
new locations (if the user opted to delete that data) as part of the
uninstaller to make sure all data gets removed.
