I use Meld on Windows. I’ll switch to 3.11 for testing.

For those unsure about how this affects the meld installer project
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/meld-installer/), I don't plan to create
binaries for the 3.11 line, since we now have this improved method.

Meld 3.11.1 has been released.
New in this release is support for building stand-alone Windows installers, so
a binary build for Windows users will be available Real Soon Now.

Windows binaries are now available at:

https://download.gnome.org/binaries/win32/meld/3.11/Meld-3.11.1-win32.msi

Please consider this to be an alpha-quality release - and that may be
optimistic. On the upside, there is at least one machine on which this binary
doesn't immediately crash.
cheers,
Kai
