There's a lot of tempting info to capture there, but something about
sending links into melkjug feels a little icky to me. I don't think we
should do that for posting onto delicious, digg etc because it
fractures the original article's numbers (and our use of them). Email
I think there is a better case for.
I do like the per-article permalink view idea with additional
melkjuggish info, I think a more targeted plug link for melkjug, when
we actually have more info to show, could be cool without being too
intrusive.

The permalink view could eventually have some smarts to it: "users

and filters. This builds on the idea of the anonymous reader, giving
anonymous users a seamless path to getting stuff in a jug without
