I noticed the debug_javascript setting in development.ini and I see it's referenced once in lib/base.py to set a corresponding flag in c, but I don't see it referenced anywhere else. Looks related to whether we're serving YUI from yahoo servers (minified) or from a local copy (unminified). Just curious about how/if it's still used.
