The City of Orange is contracting out for various audits and we are looking
for sample RFP's of the following types of audits.
1. Police evidence room.
2. Third party biller of parking citations.
3. Third party biller of paramedic services.
4. Utility bills paid by the City (ie. gas and electric).
If you have a sample RFP for any of these audits or a similar type of audit
