Hi folks! We are currently completing a financial evaluation of our General Fund, and would like to know (for comparison purposes) what % of total operating expenditures is consumed by Salaries and Benefits in other cities. We have gone from ~59% in FY 1990 to almost 70% in FY 1999. I only need your current (or most recent) %. Thanks in advance for your responses.
