The City of Citrus Heights is considering the possibility of implementing a two-year budget in the future. Do any of you have information on the pros and cons of two-year budgets? I am interested in items such as staff reports, articles, etc. Anything would be helpful. Also, if you have information on how to go about establishing a two-year budget, that would be great too.
